The old slogan for a long time has been “BEEF it’s what’s for dinner.” 

Well not everybody eats beef, not everybody buys beef, not everybody cooks beef… Why?

Maybe they were taught wrong. Maybe they don't understand the healthy protein value. Maybe they don't understand all of the pure protein that keeps our bodies healthy everyday.

In our beef business at 3T angus, we try to provide 50-60 carcasses per year for human consumption strait from the pasture to your plate. All of our beef is USDA inspected, and processed, and our customer base of over 200 clients in North Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Mexico come pick it up.

We have designed over the last 20 years, the best genetics in our cow herd! When we finish steers to a standing weight of 1350 to 1400 pounds, it allows us to evenly market and harvest quarters, halves, and full beef, to fit the needs of our customers! They then have the privilege to design all cuts to their personal wants.

The main thing is you want good beef, you have to buy from good genetics. And we are blessed by three different sets of genetic herds right in our backyard.
